When I tried accessing that Norton Ghost 2003 directory in Dos (which I use to do with ghost 2001) it replies with invalid directory after doing: CD Norton Ghost 2003. I burned this whole folder on DVD +RW disk.
By default it puts in under Program Files and creates folder named Norton Ghost 2003. I got Ghost 2003 with the Norton Systemworks 2003 CD I bought way back in probably 2003. At least I think they do this 'only,' or so I wrote with a sharpie when I created them years ago. I also have one that writes to FAT32 partitions only. I have a Norton Ghost 2003 boot CD that writes to NTFS partitions only.
